Teen Size Cat Costume

This cat costume, size XS, was purchased for a 64 inch tall and slender 12-n-half year old girl. I felt I had to search for the teen sizes this year, as she has grown out of all youth outfits, they are all too short. The cat costume is well made, a nice material (though I really didn't want polyester) and is the right length. Unfortunately - the torso/middle section, from the high waistline to top of thighs is really baggy, and it looks weird. Also the arms are super tight, which almost makes us want to return, but we are not returning, in fear a size small might be too big everywhere else. We will make do with it.
