  • Orders in before 12:00pm CST ship out same business day .
  • Orders shipped  may be delivered on Saturday.
  •  Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.
  • International Economy is delivered by Canada post. If you receive postal mail on Saturday then your package may be delivered on the weekends.
  • International Priority is delivered Monday-Friday. It is NOT delivered Saturday and Sunday.
  • Our carriers DO NOT require a signature. If you are not home, the package will be left at your address.
  • Rural and remote areas such as WA, OR, and ME may take longer. Please add an extra 1 day to our delivery estimates 
  • Weather related delays or natural disasters are beyond our control and may cause delivery delays
  • Watch for emails from our company. Check your spam folder, as our emails do sometimes end up there. We may need additional information to process your order.
  • Processing & Handling Time: Halloween spot has a 1 business day processing and handling time. Orders are processed, handled and shipped only after payment has cleared and the order is complete with a proper deliverable address.
  • We process and ship more than 99% of our orders within one business day and most orders ship the same day we receive the order. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and major holidays are not business days. Major holidays include New Year's Day (or the day after if New Year's Day falls on a Sunday), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • International Shipping is currently Not Available

A: Our first priority is to ensure that your items ship in a timely manner. Once an order is placed and all of the billing and shipping information has been verified, the order is immediately transmitted to our warehouse for processing. For this reason we are unable to cancel, change, or modify your order once it has been placed.

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund for your merchandise (shipping is non-refundable).We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.


What if my package is Lost, Missing Or Damaged in transit?

Unfortunately this happens sometimes,  but not to worry we will make it right. We may request pictures of damaged product and for lost or missing products, we will send you an affidavit that has to be completed in order to process refunds.
