Halloween Spot Return / Exchange or Cancellation Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a Refund.

 Returns must be made within 21 days of the original order date.

  • Returns have to be unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging

  • This includes the item's packaging Insert.

    Please note: We cannot refund the shipping charges.

    Item(s) returned for a

  • REFUND... Are Refunded to original payment method¬†

  • Exchange.....We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return your original purchase and place another order.

  • Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.

    Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip sent to your email by our online return portal.

    Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.

    All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).

    Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus shipping and Handling Fee

  • ¬†We do not refund shipping cost.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 21 days of your order date.

  • Returns have to be unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging
  • This includes the item's packaging.
  • Once return Authorization is approved, please note¬†item must be returned (Post Marked) within 14 days from the date of¬† authorization.

What items are not returnable?

  • For All items found in our Sale section, All Sales Are Final
  • Please see tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
    • Lingerie: Due to Hygiene Issues, Opened delivery packages of Lingerie, body stocking or hosiery are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be returned the original delivery package must not have been opened in anyway.
    • Wigs, Beards, Facial Hair: Due to Hygiene Issues, Opened packages of ¬†Wigs, Beards and Hair are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be returned the Wig package must not have been opened in anyway. Meaning¬†IF You Took It Out Of The Package, Its Not Returnable!!
    • Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
  • The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging ‚Äď these items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way:¬†(basically, if it goes on a furry friend or your face, feet, hair or bottom and you took it out of the package - it's yours to keep):


  • Shoe covers, boot tops, slippers or other similar footwear that are in Factory Sealed Packages.
  • Eyelashes
  • Cosmetics
  • Teeth
  • Prosthetic noses or chins
  • Cigarette holders
  • Items in factory sealed packages [e.g. blister packs]


Defective Items: 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service via email at Halloweenspot@halloweenspotonline.com within 14 days of receiving the order. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped using the same method as the original order.



      • Our first priority is to ensure that your items ship in a timely manner. Once an order is placed and all of the billing and shipping information has been verified, the order is immediately transmitted to our warehouse for processing. For this reason we are unable to cancel, change, or modify your order once it has been processed and shipped.

      Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund for your merchandise (shipping is non-refundable).We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.


      What if my package is Lost, Missing Or Damaged in transit?

      Unfortunately this happens sometimes,  but not to worry we will make it right. We may request pictures of damaged product and for lost or missing products, we will send you an affidavit that has to be completed in order to process refunds. 


      Are there any charges for return?

      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
      • REFUND... Are Refunded to original payment method

      • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

      How soon will I get my refund?

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks.(Please save your tracking information.)

       If a Returned Product is denied based on the above criteria, you will be notified by email. Items that are denied will be held for 30 days and are only returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping fees.  We will send an invoice for the Return Shipping Fee,  After the invoice is paid, we will then ship the denied return back to the customer.
