Return & Exchange Policy

To make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase,we will gladly accept returns that are unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of you receiving the items.

Please note: We cannot refund the shipping charges.

*During the Halloween season, we accept online returns for Orders placed prior to October. 

Orders placed the month of October are final. Only exchanges or Online store credit are available in October.** *

If by chance you need to make an exchange, we will gladly accept any item that is unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of you receiving the items.

Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks.(Please save your tracking information.)

Please see tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
  • Lingerie: Unsealed Lingerie, bodystocking or hosiery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Wigs: Wigs are not eligible for returns or exchanges 
  • Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
  • Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging – these items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way:

Shoe covers, boot tops, slippers or other similar footwear
Eyelashes
Cosmetics
Teeth
Prosthetic noses or chins
Cigarette holders
Items in factory sealed packages [e.g. blister packs]

How to return an item.

Note: We must provide you with an RMA number before you ship your return

Do not ship returns unless you receive RMA number from customer service.

    • Please include your item(s) in your package along with your invoice.
    • All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
    • Please request a tracking number for your returned package.
    • For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.

    Please keep in mind that the original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable.

A: Our first priority is to ensure that your items ship in a timely manner. Once an order is placed and all of the billing and shipping information has been verified, the order is immediately transmitted to our warehouse for processing. For this reason we are unable to cancel, change, or modify your order once it has been processed and shipped.

A: First, place a new order for the replacement item(s) you'd like. You need to place a new order so that we can be sure to have inventory on what you want and so we can send the items right away.

Once your new order is placed, you can return the original order to our warehouse for a refund. Please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return your order.

 If a Returned Product is denied based on the above criteria, you will be notified by email. Items that are denied will be held for 30 days and are only returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping fees.  We will send an invoice for the Return Shipping Fee,  After the invoice is paid, we will then ship the denied return back to the customer.
