Great hats, but...

The mini hats are beautiful, BUT the description is not accurate! They do not come on a headband (I bought them specifically because they were supposed to) and after contacting The Halloween Spot, I was initially told I was wrong. After I rechecked for the fourth time on the website and asked them to do the same they acknowledged their mistake and gave me $2 off. It cost me more than that to add headbands myself. Disappointed.
