Not a typical clown neck ruffle

The ruffle quality was nice but the collar around the ruffle is really thick. I had to fold it under and sew it to make it look right. I would’ve sent it back but I paid for express shipping thinking a ruffle is a ruffle but it wasn’t, I sewed it and made it work. Just a lot to pay and it not be what I exoected. Did not look like the picture
