Q: Are your wigs heat-styleable?
Most of our synthetic wigs are NOT heat-styleable — applying heat can damage the
fibers. Look for wigs labeled 'heat-resistant' or 'human hair blend' if you need to style with
hot tools. Check each product page for specific care instructions.


Q: What's the difference between costume makeup and regular makeup?
Costume makeup (like Mehron paints) is designed for bold colors, full-face coverage, and
long wear during parties or performances. It's formulated to stay put through dancing and
sweating. Regular makeup is not intended for this level of use.


Q: Are your costume weapons and props safe for parties?
Yes. All our costume weapons are made from lightweight plastic or foam and are
designed as props only. They're safe for costume parties, photoshoots, and themed
events. They are not suitable for combat training or theatrical stage use.


Q: How do I choose the right wig size?
Most adult wigs are one-size-fits-most with adjustable straps. For children, we offer
specifically sized kids wigs. Measure the circumference of your head (above the
eyebrows, around the back) and compare to the size chart on each product page.


Q: Can I use costume makeup on sensitive skin?
Professional brands like Mehron are hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types. We
recommend always doing a patch test 24 hours before full application if you have
sensitive skin or allergie
